Who we are
The Centre for the Study of Parental Alienation (CEAP) is an institution dedicated to interdisciplinary research, dissemination and promotion of policies related to the phenomenon of parental alienation. It addresses this issue from legal, psychological and psychiatric approaches, and is composed of professionals and experts in these disciplines.
It also has the support and participation of organisations of parents who have been affected by situations of parental alienation.
The CEAP is chaired by Dr. Mauricio Luis Mizrahi, PhD in Law and Social Sciences (UBA), former judge of the National Chamber of Civil Appeals, full professor at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the UBA, and author of numerous books and publications.
Among the professionals who form part of the CEAP are leading specialists such as Dr. William Bernet (USA), Dr. Alejandro Mendoza Amaro (Mexico) and, from Argentina, Drs. Carlos Díaz Usandivaras, Pedro Herscovici, Sergio Dubove, Andrés Beccar Varela, Mercedes Ladereche and Kalanit Nayla Jalif.
