Parental alienation, it should be noted first of all, is not just a mere theoretical, library construction, but - on the contrary - is based on facts observed and empirically proven by those of us who have practised the judiciary and also through clinical studies of numerous cases studied by leading professionals in the field of interdiscipline. However, it must be acknowledged that in this subject there is a mixture of ideological issues, so that - unfortunately - subjectivity, pamphleteering expressions and irresponsible fanaticism are very much involved in the analyses; the opposite of what should prevail, which is serious and measured research.
